It has been a year! Yes, 365 days. Time flies!! Ex-RSI staff went different ways after it closed on 1 Aug 2008, some left soon after it closed, some stayed & moved on, some struggled to adapt to new work environment, some finally left after much agony....
Wherever we are, whatever we are currently doing, I am sure we all missed RSI: the office in Annex Building, the "bomb-shelter" contys, the pantry, the audio equipments, the CD racks, the clock on the wall, RSI signature tunes that went on air for so many years....SWEET MEMORIES!
RSI is a "warm" radio station which I have enjoyed working for 14 over years.
I am just a partimer & already I have so much fond memories. I wonder what's on their mind today for the full timers?
It's 31 Jul 2009, it is time to call for a celebration after a year. NO, definitely not to celebrate the closure of RSI, but to celebrate the strong bond between ex-colleagues, & I wish this "family bond" would continue!
I am glad most of us are still keeping in touch, it is very heart warming!
We are going to have a gathering today, to catch up with good old times! Wishing all (& our lovely listeners too) happiness & good health, forever!
